During the launch phases prices for the two bedroom apartments range from just under € 510,000 to over € 715,000.
The three bedroom apartments are priced from under € 565,000 to over € 815,000.
These prices include a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the finished apartment; they do not include furniture and stamp duty and other purchase expenses.

Contractual Payments should be made as follows:

We have a very attractive finance offer has been secured with BBVA of Portugal. A mortgage up to the value of 80% of the purchase price can be given at a rate of 0.65% over 3 month Euribor.
Investors and individual purchasers will need only a 10% reservation as BBVA will fund the next 4 x 10% stage payments via a bridging loan. The offer is at 1.25% over the 3 month Euribor and is based on an interest only repayment until the deeds, when a full mortgage is given thereby repaying the bridging loan.
